Article 1 – Publisher

The website www.cryvitis.com is published by CryviTis FZE:

Article 3 – Activity

3.1. Description

CryviTis is a platform connecting:

• Clients: individuals and businesses seeking professional services

• Professionals: accountants, tax advisors, financial advisors, trainers and experts in the economic field

3.2. Role

CryviTis acts as a technical and commercial intermediary. CryviTis is not a party to the contracts concluded between Users, does not perform the services, does not guarantee their outcome, and does not collect or manage the funds of transactions between the parties.

3.3. Business model

CryviTis is remunerated through one or more Commission(s) charged to Professionals on each transaction carried out via the Platform, as well as through a monthly subscription system. Payments between Clients and Professionals are processed directly via the payment service provider Stripe. CryviTis does not collect, hold or manage Users' funds. CryviTis service fees (variable commission and fixed fees) are calculated on top of the price set by the Professional and are charged to the Professional. Prices may be displayed for information purposes in several currencies (EUR, USD, AED); the actual charge is made in the Professional's billing currency, under the conditions set out in the GTUS. Engagement documents (receipts, invoices) bear a unique reference in the “CRY-…” format.

3.4. Territoriality

The Platform is available in: France, Belgium, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates.

3.5. Third-party tools and verification

The Platform relies on third-party tools for the performance of services: video conferencing (Discord, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), read-only calendar synchronization (Google Calendar, Outlook) and payment (Stripe). The use of these tools is governed by their publishers' policies; the related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Identity verification of Professionals (KYC) is carried out internally by CryviTis, without any external provider.

Article 4 – Terms of use

Use of the site is subject to acceptance of the following documents:

These documents are available on the site and must be read carefully before any use.

Article 5 – Intellectual property

5.1. CryviTis's rights

All elements of the site (name, logo, design, texts, images, software, databases) are the exclusive property of CryviTis FZE or are subject to licenses. These elements are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Prohibitions

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited, in particular:

• Systematic copying of content

• Scraping or automated extraction

• Deep linking or framing without authorization

• Commercial use of trademarks and logos

5.3. Infringement notice

To report an infringement of your intellectual property rights: assistance@cryvitis.com.

Required information: identity, description of the content, location (URL), proof of rights, good-faith declaration.

Article 6 – Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

It details in particular the processing relating to multi-currency payment, the referral program, calendar synchronization, video conferencing, identity verification (KYC) and algorithmic matching (profiling), together with the related rights.

Article 8 – Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance

Article 9 – Moderation

9.1. Policy

CryviTis moderates content to ensure compliance with the GTUS, applicable laws and third-party rights.

9.2. Means

• Automatic filters (keywords, patterns, contact details)

• User reports

• Manual review for complex cases

9.3. Applicable measures

• Removal or hiding of content

• Warning

• Temporary account suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Reporting to authorities

Article 10 – Governing law

10.1. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. For EU consumers, the mandatory provisions of national consumer law remain applicable.

10.2. Jurisdiction

• Professionals and businesses: courts of Ajman (UAE) — exclusive jurisdiction

• EU consumers: courts of Ajman or the courts of their place of residence

CryviTis may amend this legal notice at any time. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the document.
